Full Job Description
Bike Shop Attendant’s duties include the set-up and break-down of bike shop, minimal computer work and minor maintenance. The Bike Shop Attendant shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times.
Essential job Functions:
· Set up and break down of bike shop at beginning and end of day
· Move and clean bikes and other rental items as necessary
· Answer questions for guest and solve problems
· Keep Bike Shop and surrounding areas clean of trash and other unsightly items
· Keep Bike Shop and surrounding areas free of tools.
Bike Shop Attendant Requirements
· Check bike upon send out and return for safety issues
· Inform guests of bike safety
· Always maintains a professional demeanor and attitude
· Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule
· Maintains a professional appearance.
· Remains alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and colleagues at all times.
