An all levels, by donation yoga class on the beach at sunset every month on the full moon Meet on the sand Saturday April 16th anytime after 6:30PM for a very special sunset / full moon beach yoga practice to honor the Full Pink Moon in Libra. ✨Practice will BEGIN at 7PM with an intention setting meditation, and end watching the sunset (7:56PM)✨ You will have the opportunity to close practice by joining in the infamous “cinnamon roll” to chant OM x3, OM SHANTI SHANTI SHANTI, OM PEACE PEACE PEACE Stick around to see the Full Moon rise right after our practice at 8:05PM! (Exact time of full moon: Saturday 4/16 2:55PM ET) This invigorating yet deeply grounding yoga practice is appropriate for all levels of yogis- including and especially beginners. Bring a yoga mat, beach towel or blanket and a bottle of water. Class is by donation of any amount, suggested $10-15 No one EVER turned away for lack of funds; this is a Seva yoga practice. Closest Beach access point is 127th Ave (look for the Nordvind Beach Resort sign). There are about 8 (paid) spots at the beach access on 127th Ave, 11 spots on 126th ave, 10 spots at the beach access on 124th ave, and a few spots on 125th ave. There are also many free spaces in the neighborhood across gulf Blvd should you need one. A mom of three, Alina incorporates gentle yet strong yoga with dōTERRA essentials oils and Reiki healing energy for a unique and inspirational practice.
