Need Experienced Carpenter/Woodworker to Modify an Oak Desk

Looking to hire an experienced carpenter/woodworker to modify an oak wood desk. Specifically, you need to adapt the desk so that a TV can lay inside it with the screen displayed on the desk's tabletop. It requires: a precise hole be cut into the tabletop, so that a panel of plexiglass can lay inside seamlessly; adding trim to hold the plexiglass; creating a basket or housing for the TV to lay snug against the plexiglass while flat; and then moving the sliding drawer to below the TV housing so it remains functional. Desk is currently partially disassembled and tabletop is removed, I can probably supply the wood, and work can be done on site. Finished result must be professional. Willing to negotiate pay, either as a flat cost or a per hour rate.
