If you are just wrapping up trade school and graduating and don't have a full time gig lined up, this may be the perfect position for you. This position gives opportunity for advancement. Historically this employee moves into a carpenter roll within a couple of year. *** NOTE*** This is a full time job, but typically falls short of 40 hours and has been averaging 36 hours per week. There is some flexibility in the schedule is someone is attending school in the evenings or has another part-time job. Responsibilities Include: • Picking up building materials and delivering them to the job site using a company vehicle. • Being organized and punctual. • Tear out and demo on job sites. • On site clean up. • Warehouse cleaning & organizing. • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Requirements: • Must be at least 18 and have a good driving record. • Must be able to lift, carry and move at least 40lb. • Attention to detail is a must as these details are what set us apart from our competitors. • Communication and customer service skills are integral to long term success. • Reliable transportation is required for employment. • Use of a smart phone is required. • Must not be afraid of hard, physical work.
