Join us for a Social Hour with those who love the environment and OKC! May features Jordan Evans, Bike and Pedestrian Planner with ACOG. OKC Beautiful's Sustainability Social Hour is for those who love the environment and our city. Each session is centered around networking with those who have a passion for and want to learn more about environmental stewardship topics. Each sessions features a Q&A session with a guest speaker. May is Bike Month, so our featured guest is Jordan Evans, Associate Planner (Bike and Pedestrian Initiatives) at the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments. In his role at ACOG, Jordan plans for and promotes all active forms of transportation. A few projects Jordan works on include BikeFest 2022, development and maintenance of the Regional Active Transportation Plan, and managing the bicycle and pedestrian safety campaign, Watch for Me OK. Come learn about future bike and pedestrian initiatives and infrastructure planned in the Oklahoma City metro area! Sustainability Social Hour is every second Wednesday of the month.
