Description

This educational workshop will focus on vertebral augmentation utilizing Stryker's portfolio of vertebral compression fracture products. Expert faculty will provide participants with a didactic session including history, background, technique, expected results, and patient selection/workup. Physicians will learn how to perform this innovative, minimally invasive procedure on a cadaver during a hands-on laboratory session. Objectives include: -Discuss indications and contraindications for vertebral augmentation utilizing Stryker's VCF portfolio. -Understand patient selection and workup. -Observe faculty-performed vertebral augmentation techniques including needle placement. -Perform vertebral augmentation procedures utilizing Stryker's VCF solutions.
