My wife and I are seeking an Airbnb flipper who would work between the hours of 11AM and 3PM flipping the space in between guests. Someone local to Charlottesville who may be retired, or just interested in some extra cash. We have a pretty robust system for getting it done in 2 hours and would pay $50 per flip. It'd be great to have someone to hire when we're out of town who we can trust or potentially long term, where someone can come by 15 times per month (approximately) to flip the space. The majority of the time will likely be waiting for laundry to wash/dry, so you'd be welcome to work on your laptop/phone or whatever during that time.
Here's the basic rundown the job requires, all cleaning supplies are provided:
vacuum, steam clean the floor, wipe down areas, turn over sheets/towels, take out garbage
