Join our family and the Backyahd Boston team to support #StandWithUkraine! The Penek/Klein family is partnering with the amazing Backyahd Boston Team to raise funds for purchasing and shipping medical supplies for troops, first responders, and civilians on the front lines in Ukraine. Originally from Ukraine, Sofiya and her family are partnering with local and small businesses to engage our community to raise awareness and #standwithukraine. Lauren Rich, one of the Backyahd co-founders, will lead a 50 minute fun and energizing functional fitness class. The full body workout will focus on building strength utilizing a variety of equipment, combining functional and traditional movements with conditioning woven in. This class is scalable and suitable for all fitness types. A few more surprises are in the works. We hope you join us for this amazing event! $25 donation per participant will go towards purchasing and shipping medical supplies Each participant must complete the Backyahd Waiver prior to the class.
