Description
MANCHESTER, CT — The regulatory process for a proposed new Chick-fil-A restaurant in Manchester could be kicking into high gear.
Plans for the eatery have appeared as a tentative agenda item for the Oct. 19 meeting of the the Manchester Planning and Zoning Commission.
Plans for the new Chick-fil-A were submitted last month for parcels 1542 and 1428 at the Plaza at Buckland Hills.
If the site plan is approved, the current structure on the pleasant Valley Road side of the shopping center would be razed to make way for a 5,105-square-foot Chick-fil-A. A new parking lot and drive-up lanes would be included.
Taco Bell is currently listed as the tenant at No. 1524.
No tentative construction timetable has been announced.
