A few small jobs in apt

Have a couple small jobs -- easy stuff. 1 ) Bought a recliner/massage chair recently. Had to be disassembled, moved and was partially reassembled. Just need someone to help finish it up. Have the instruction manual, wrench, and screws. Couple screws need to be put in place. The thing is heavy. Can show you whats what. 2 ) Need an old club chair hauled out to a dumpster near apt. 3 ) Couple arm chairs moved down to the basement 4 ) Some large boxes moved from first floor to bedroom upstairs 5 ) Kitchen Cabinet – hinge loose – needs tightening. I think all you might need is a Phillips screwdriver. Can pay a project based fee for this $30. It is really rather easy what needs to be done. No more than 1/2 hour of work. I'd do it myself but have some knee issues so your help is appreciated. No counters please. Budget is tight due to COVID. Tomorrow would be ideal to get this done. Maybe b/w 11a-1pm (Friday April 15). *Ideal for someone who lives nearby (so you dont have to drive 20 miles just to do a few things).* Since I typically get swamped with emails for these types of jobs, if you could give me a little bit about yourself you that separates you from a ) some who don't read the whole ad (.."Yea, I'm available, can come over now...") or b ) the few angry messages (which are immediately deleted): "You are an idiot / jerk / $%^#!@ and are not paying enough" ...that would help me sort things out.
