Description
A journey inward :: an evening of transformation, sacred rest, and nourishing reflection via one’s own self through sound + vibration During this immersion many different instruments will be used to create a deeply healing experience for practitioners- including crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, and wind chimes. Gentle breathwork and movement will be offered to prepare for a little over an hour of rest during the sound healing therapy. Limited seating with ample distance in between students will be provided. Sound Healing and music therapy combined with very intentional rest provides many benefits for the mind, body, and higher Self. Using different sound vibrations and frequencies impacts the body and its meridians helping to promote deep relaxation, improve mood, improve sleep, help with pain management, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol levels, release emotional trauma and fear, relieve stress and anxiety, and build deeper understanding of yourself. During this practice, students will be rested on the back, or any relaxed comfortable position making this immersion suitable for anyone. This immersion will be hosted by Anistina Laboy with Auhma Yoga and Healing. Anistina, RYT, RCYT, activist, creatrix, and healing offerer has been sharing the tools of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing for over 3 years. Her mission is to help all people in all places build better relationship with themselves and share the ancient practice of Yoga and Healing to promote joy, love, peace, and gratitude. She is deeply grateful and excited to share the first Self and Sound with you and the many healing bits she has learned from her teachers, her Self, and her students over 11 years of learning. Things to bring : • yoga mat (or something cushioned for underneath your back) • yoga bricks/blocks • lots of blankets • pillows/ cushions • eye covering Any and all things to help you better rest comfortably, as well as cozy clothing are encouraged.
