This is an UNPAID internship position. Unique opportunity to intern for a notable flower company in New York City. Looking for an eager, friendly, extremely organized, detail orientated, goal-driven individual with exceptional flower design skills to join our team. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to retail shop shifts, weekly client visits, proposal writing, client interactions, budgeting, event installs, special projects, and light administrative additions. Must be creative, a great team player, a forward thinker, work well under pressure, as well as confidently spearhead projects, and delegate tasks. Our internship program is an unpaid position with a commitment of at least 2 days per week - public transit to and from the shop as well as one meal per shift is reimbursed. The internship usually runs for 3 months, which gives you enough time to learn and get a feel for flowers.
