Job description Lewis Builders is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician for their apartments in Southern New Hampshire: The Qualified candidate must be self-sufficient with excellent customer relations and organization skills. REQUIREMENTS: • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry • Ability to work at heights • Ability to lift 50lbs above head • Basic computer skills • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to paint • Work independently to execute tasks assigned by manager Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
