This position is for an upscale luxury condominium located on Singer Island. Must have reliable transportation to work and a good work ethic.
Duties are but not limited to, sweep and clean marble floors, vacuum carpets, dust, spot clean lobby furniture. Clean 5 lobby restrooms, empty trash, clean gym, Ocean Lounge, Game room hallways, glass entrance doors. Vacuum and clean common carpet area (25 floors).
