MANCHESTER, CT — A pedestrian was seriously hurt after being struck by a car In Manchester on Wednesday, police said. The collision took place at on Center Street, near Main Street, just after 4:30 p.m., police said. The pedestrian was taken to Hartford Hospital for treatment for unspecified injuries, police said. Police are investigating the accident.
