Elements Asphalt Maintenance Team Member Classifications Asphalt Maintenance 1 $20-$25/hr On time for work with a positive attitude Completes all company training requirements and adheres to all company policies and procedures   Motivated to learn and assist other asphalt sealers with all tasks Apply common sense to all tasks designated by Asphalt Lead or Asphalt 2 Attention to detail on all designated tasks  Proficient use basic asphalt equipment such as squeegees, brooms, buckets, rakes, pressure washers, crack fill machine Maintain clean jobsite, trucks, trailers and tools  Minimal go-backs and customer complaints Asphalt Maintenance 2 $23-$28/hr Proficient Asphalt 1 Minimal supervision Team member development of Asphalt 1 Properly and safely utilize advanced asphalt equipment such as crackfill machine, asphalt saw, wacker, large sealant holding tank Ability to navigate Tahoe Donner and safely drive, park and reverse a truck and trailer. Advanced use of basic asphalt equipment such as squeegees, brooms, buckets, rakes, pressure washers, crack fill machine Basic hot asphalt knowledge and able to assist in hot asphalt preparation and application  Demonstrates knowledge & implementation of safe and proper use of asphalt maintenance equipment Very few go-backs and customer complaints Asphalt Maintenance Team Lead $28-$34/hr Proficient Asphalt Maintenance 2 Little to no supervision Mastery of basic asphalt equipment such as squeegees, brooms, buckets, rakes, pressure washers, crack fill machine Daily oversight of employees under supervision  Record / manage work orders & time management on job sites Responsible for tool inventory & needed products Ability and motivation to take ownership of each job Ability to lead by example and set the standard for work pace and quality Ability to prioritize completion of all projects in a timely manner Trainer on processes and safety for all employees under supervision Basic knowledge of estimating Little to no go-backs and customer complaints Hot Asphalt Team Lead                                                                                   $27-32/hr Can efficiently use all hot asphalt tools such as dump truck, rakes, asphalt saws, wacker plate, pick ax, sledge hammer, and tamper. Can drive the F550 safely, tarp asphalt and make trips to Teichart  Ability to follow plans on the work order  Emphasizes, quality of work, speed and safety Helps train employees in hot asphalt Can lead a team of 1-2 people Responsible for cleaning and storage of equipment Basic knowledge of hot asphalt estimating Lead hot asphalt patching with very little supervision
