need someone to pull weeds in landscapring

need someone to pull weeds & spread mulch in tiered landscaping, and few other areas. must know weeds from flowers & ornamental plants. accepting estimates. also, need some of the decorative stones set back in place, (approx 1/2 sz concrete blocks) and after may 10 or so, will need someone to plant about 15 tomato plants, some lettuce, and some onions & peppers.
