Crash Takes Out Poles At Busy Manchester Intersection

MANCHESTER, CT — A section of Main and Center streets was expected to be closed well into Tuesday afternoon because of a crash that took out two utility poles, police said. The crash took place at about 10 a.m. Wires were down at the intersection, police said. A crew from Eversource Energy was at the scene making repairs. Police said the crash is still under investigation.
