MCC Announces Fall 2020 Accelerated Class Schedule

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester Community College has announced a fall 2020 accelerated schedule. MCC will be offering a range of accelerated classes starting Sept. 9, or Oct. 19. They will be presented in 12-week and 8-week formats respectively and are designed for students to earn needed credits in a compressed time frame. Open accelerated courses include American Government, Applied Music Lessons, Engineering Drawing, General Psychology, Classical Chamber Music, English Composition, Film Study, Food Safety, Intermediate Algebra, Manufacturing Math, Medical Terminology, Sociology of the Family, among others. Details can be found on: http://my.commnet.edu While the number of class meetings for accelerated courses is fewer than the regular fall semester, students should be aware that each course contains the same number of class hours as the regular semester. As a result, the level of study is much more intensive and demanding, officials said.
