Hey Tri-Cities, You may have been seeing the new infrastructure installations for brand new high-speed fiber optic internet all over tri-cities. If you are interested in being a part of it, we are a crew of fun, funny, and extremely hard-working 20s and early 30s guys with high attention to detail and very inspired to do the best work we can to provide Tri-Cities with the best fiber optic internet connections possible. So if you haven’t had a lot of big opportunities in life and dream to be working extremely hard on a team with like-minded guys that you can rely on and work together and build awesome friendships with, we are taking apps now! We specialize specifically in Fiber Optic Splicing, for now, we don’t place or lay any of the cables or do any of the Major linemen work. We do some aerial work but it's fun to compete and see who can do it the best and fastest. If you are looking for more labor-intensive linemen work, this is NOT the team for it :) there is labor and we do work outside, but more attention to detail work and being organized. We have found that talented line cooks that care about their plating can learn and be very talented in this work very quickly. Also if you ever built a gaming rig and enjoyed the cable management part, you could love this line of work. Once masterful in everything for fiber optic splicing, a splicer makes well over 100k a year. We will help and support you by showing you exactly how to start, manage, and operate a successful Fiber Splicing Contracting Company of your own. If you give it your all and take growing your business seriously, you could make 400k+ in the first year.
