Event details: Chris Lee of Backyard ADUs, head of Design and development will be giving a 10-minute introduction on building Small Homes before splitting into four rotating break out sessions that will include information on: Zoning: Learn how to to research your town’s zoning rules and get the most out of a conversation with a town official. Construction/Site Evaluation: Hear ways in which you can evaluate a good build site and what the construction process looks like. Finance: Find out about ways of financing a construction project and minimize the chances of couch surfing.
