Year Old Rat - Fix or Feeder

I'm a small-scale rat breeder who breeds for dual purposes (animals have to eat, and rats are also great pets). We thought this male had mellowed out with age but we just can't risk him. Hes too aggressive towards little pups and either needs to be fixed (something I'm not interested in spending the time and money on for him) or sold as a feeder. So he's available for free to someone. If you want to fix him, feel free to. If you need food for your snake feel free to. Hes not a biter but wigs out if surprised.
