MEMCO Spring is looking for Structural Welders. The ideal candidates for these positions will have experience working in construction/commercial settings, the ability to follow all safety rules and procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. All candidates MUST have an updated resume ready to be submitted.   Welder-Requirements: 1 year of experience welding structural steel. (Experience required may be replaced with completion of a welding program through an accredited institution.) Must be proficient in MIG and Flux Core 3G and 4G welding methods. (3G-Uphill and 4G-Overhead) Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, tape measure, grinders, and saws safely. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions. Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Requires good judgement and ability to work with others and perform other tasks as assigned. Ability to understand blueprints. Strong attention to detail in measurements and design specifics.   Pay: $18-$22 commensurate with experience
