Looking for a place to re-build a small climbing wall

I'm looking for a 9x10 sqft plot of land or garage space to build a climbing wall. It is currently in my backyard, but I have to take it down and move it. It's only 10ft tall. Nothing is permanent, and the wall is free-standing. Any damage to grass would be repaid, I can even provide security deposit. I would happily pay monthly rent for this space and access to use the wall. Anyone can climb on it as long as I can access the wall as well.
