Nourish the body, mind, and spirit with Yoga at the Farmers' Market on Kauai's North Shore at Hale Halawai 'Ohana O Hanalei. Yoga at the Farmers’ Market. Island yoga for all. Enjoy waterfall and mountain views as we practice yoga on the grass overlooking the taro fields in Hanalei. Join us each week on Saturdays from 10:00-11:30am for community-minded yoga with the best island views around. Together we'll enjoy an hour and a half of slow flow, dynamic yet sustainable, alignment-based yoga that is appropriate and wonderful for all levels. Class will be donation-based and all levels and folks are welcome. Please arrive at least 15 mins early to check in and settle before practice begins promtply at 10:00am. **The farmers’ Market is open from 9:30-12:00pm, so take some time to peruse and explore the market after practice and add some fresh island flavors to the day. ***Please note: masks are required at the market so please wear a mask in the market until you arrive at your own yoga mat. Cost: Donation-based, suggested donation, $1-40 UPDATE: The class will be shifting from Sundays to Saturdays beginning January 15th when the market shifts back to it's original day and time on Saturday mornings.
