Full Remodel of an 4100sq ft House WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO CONTRACT THE WORK, LOOKING TO HIRE HOURLY WORKERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a most that you have relieble transportation as you can not access location by bus ! Also transportation needs to be in good visual condition as the community is of a certain class and or financial status. You must have your own Hand tools (Tape measure, drywall knife, Hammer, screwdriver, pliers, etc..... Also safety equipment gloves, safety glasses, work boots.) Pay is every 2 weeks on a Monday You will need to have a Zelle Account (Money Transfer Account) for payment or a check will be giving. (NO CASH PAYMENT). You will recieve a Tax form 1099 (For you to pay your taxes at the end of the year). You must have an up to date Valid ID and/or Drivers License Looking to hire 2 Laborers and 2 Skilled Workers Work has already began, looking for workers with skills in these areas. 1. Demolition 2. Framing 3. Insulation of upper cavities of walls and any open ceiling areas. 4. Install new Light Fixtures and Plumbing Fixtures. 5. Drywall 6. Mudding, Taping, Texturing, and Painting. ( Need 3 to 4 people, just for this area alone. Will be ready to start and 2 to 3 weeks from today 4/13/2022) 7.Hardwood Flooring Installaltion 8. Tile and Build of walkin shower 9. Stone/Slab work around new fire places 10. Doors, Baseboards, Casing
