He serves clients throughout Southern California and beyond as a project manager, technical lead, and is also Jacobs’ Global Technology Leader for Traffic Engineering/Operations. His technical expertise in traffic engineering and operations with a focus on conceptual engineering and traffic modeling, as well as emerging transportation technologies like connected and automated vehicles (CAVs), road user charging, and priced managed lanes.
