Get dressed up with your little for a high tea style tea party where we discuss crystal and chakra education and end with sound session. This event is not only a good Mother’s Day bonding activity, but a good way to focus on enhancing parent child communication and learn stress relief techniques! We will begin with a playful high tea with delightful personal snacks at each table. There will be games and trivia to introduce us to different energy fields, crystals and chakras and educate us on meditation and prizes will be available! Gift bags will be available that you will each be able to take home! There will be vendors on hand with kid friendly items that you can purchase and also a opportunity to take a mother child photo as a souvenir! The evening will close with a bonding mother child sound healing meditation session so don’t forget your yoga mats, blankets, or anything else you will feel comfortable meditating with. You may change clothes to something more comfortable before meditation if you so desire. Meditation will start at 8 pm.
