Energizing Flow Meet us in Highline Park at The Interlock on select Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the month of April for a number of FREE all-levels flow yoga classes led by lululemon ambassador Carly Curt. All fitness levels are encouraged, and attendees must bring their own mat and water.
