Get a custom personalized week of training, after a goal review followed by a posture and movement assessment with a Personal Trainer. 1 week of Personal Training is given as 3 Personal Training sessions! Included in this pass: 1st session is 60 minutes where your trainer will go through our FAQ, take starting measurements and help you set a realistic timeline to achieve your goals, perform a functional movement and posture assessment to incorporate a customized injury prevention training routine into your personalized workout. With this your trainer will take you through your first workout with the time remaining. 2nd and 3rd sessions will be 30 minute session with a customized 25 minute workout to maximize your body's performance, boost your metabolism, and achieve your goals. After your workout, your trainer will go over your personal program prescription to reach your goals with us. All sessions must be completed within 7 days of your 1st session. Only 1 per person. This event schedules your 1st session of 3!
