The Day Porter performs manual labor associated with the cleaning of the lobby, restrooms, break areas, and entrances. Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina. Work includes dust mopping, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and operating basic mechanical cleaning equipment. The performance of these duties is Monday - Friday Day shift (8am-5pm) Only at ADES 3150 E Union Hills Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85050
Regular Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Empty trash containers and recycle receptacles.
2. Dust mop, sweep, wet mop, floors.
3. Clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items.
4. Empty trash in break room area.
5. Clean door glass interior and exterior.
6. Police areas around outside of building
7. Perform related work as required and instructed
