Pets in Chigiri-e Make a portrait of your pet using Traditional Japanese Collage Chigiri-e means "Paint with torn paper" This traditional collage technique has been used for centuries in Japan. We will use colored mulberry paper to create beautiful portraits of our pets on 6x8 heavyweight Mixed Media paper. Registered attendees will need to send a picture of their pet by Friday May 27 to get materials ready for the workshop. Send pictures to [email protected] Works will be matted at the end of the workshop. Total cost is $60.00 + tax and all materials are included.
