Press release from the City of Westminster Posted on: December 3, 2020 Due to weather conditions, work has finished for 12/4 and Emerald Hill Lane is open to through traffic. On Monday, 12/7 the Contractor will begin milling on Emerald Hill Lane from Locust Street down to MD 27. The City of Westminster will be paving Emerald Hill Lane 12/4 - 12/7 between the hours of 7AM - 5PM. Traffic will be affected on this street. Please plan accordingly.
