We are a band that is looking to share a rehearsal space at the PRACTICE PLACE on San Jose.
Rather large space. PA system included.
Must be able to pay via paypal or venmo.
$350 Month for 3 nights a week, plus gear storage.
$250 Month for 2 nights a week, plus gear storage.
The seventh day is "up for grabs" on a week to week basis.
prefer first and last month rent to move in.
