Hello this is Taylor GM Durling We are hiring sales representatives for beginning the 2nd week of February through the last week of June everyyear. Also available is our full time road warrior travel Job full time travel in our whole sales area. Highlighted shaded green area on the map.$100 dollars a day per diem on top of other Perks. We are hiring today training starts on Wednesday and Sunday. You call the office every night to get your pre schedule meeting, You Take three appointments a day, six days a week. Meet with customers provide a solid presentation, educate customers and close the sale. What types of experiences are required? WILLINGNESS TO LEARN If you don’t have experience and want to learn and willing to train, I will work with you. However The first and most important type of sales experience I’m looking for from the new sales representatives is “commission only” sales experience. Sales representatives Experiences such as selling cars, windows, siding, roofing, residential security, mortgages, gutters, flooring, landscaping, insurances, frozen foods door to door, vacuums and cutlery door to door are all experiences we look for in our new hires. Also, any and all types of business-to-business sales like advertising and payment systems are also excellent experiences and match up well with our client’s expectations. No door to door.)... • We Pre-Approve every customer for a loan... • Allow you to call the customer before the appointment to make sure everyone will be there... • Two things you won’t do...go see customers who can’t buy a pool. Go see customers who aren’t home... • We pay you $25 pitch commission for every appointment you run... • Average 2-3 appointments per day • Average 5-6 sales per week. Average commission per sale is $600-$700.00... • Average $2500.00-$3500.00 per week plus bonuses... • Bonus: $100 for every financed pool $150 for every pool sold that’s paid with cash paid on one big check at the • • NEW SALES BONUS: Sales representatives who return for the following season will be paid an additional 50% of their previous season ending bonus (Example: year-end bonus was $20,000.00, the following season they will be paid an additional $10,000.00)... • Sales representatives are paid on the 5th and the 20th and commissions are paid as follows 25% | 25% | 50% or the best way to explain it is 50% up front and 50% after the order has been installed.
