Japanese garden and waterfall maintenance/ repair

Description

Seeking someone to work on repairing a minor water over-flow/leak to a pond.  Also looking to add rocks, landscaping and plants. Also wish to improve look of waterfall and remove debris from pond.  Additional work on pond is planned for future.  Japanese style rock garden experience a plus.  I am hoping to make upper pond suitable for a slider turtle and lower pond for koi fish.
