Established window covering distributor and installer seeking to hire a junior level Window Coverings Installation Helper. This Helper will be responsible for assisting with receiving materials in warehouse, labeling them, loading trucks, unloading at job sites, layout product in specified rooms, organizing install onsite and then assisting Installer with getting hardware for install, holding ladder and clean-up. This Installer Helper role is a training ground to promote into Installer and then Installer Lead. Location: Renton, WA Pay: $20/hr+ DOE Hours: 6-2:30pm, some OT on occasion as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive, move, sort and unpack materials. Load materials and head to jobsite with Installer in a company van. Unload and organize products for install. Help coordinator tasks and needed materials for install team. Learn technical skills associated with motorized, automated and integrated electrical systems on blinds. Develop skills to troubleshoot, service, and repair a variety of products. Requirements: HS Diploma/GED Basic computer skills. 2+ years experience working in warehouse, manufacturing or similar environment with demonstrated successful track record. Able to lift up to 70 lbs. Able to work with basic hand tools. Proven track record of dependability and showing up on time. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
