Modesto area Apartment Community is looking to fill a temporary housekeeping position. Experience is preferred. The housekeeper position will be responsible for managing the day to day cleaning of the leasing office, clubroom, model apartment, and a majority of time cleaning vacant units. The preferred candidate will be energetic, honest, reliable, and able to collaborate with all levels of employees, management, and vendors to maximize performance and problem solving. Cleaning in the apartment industry is a plus! Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be able to walk up and down stairs on a daily basis. Must be able to sit, stand, and crouch for periods of time. Must be able to thrive in a deadline driven environment. Preferred experience: Working with minimal supervision, tracking and ordering of cleaning solutions, and light to heavy cleaning of apartments in detail. Schedule will be 1-3 days a week at first, then full time while the current housekeeper is on leave. Starting wage is $18.50 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Possess a valid Driver's License and automobile insurance.
