Sake pairing event with Henry Sidel, founder of Joto Sake & Sake Sommelier Andrew Sowers. Join us on April 18 for a truly unique event. In Between Days will host Henry Sidel, the founder of Joto Sake as well as Sake Sommelier Andrew Sowers. We will do a deep dive into different regions of Japan while tasting and discussing the flavor profiles and uniqueness of each brewery. This event will also introduce our new chef Matthew Galloway. Four courses will be served.
