Hello, I am a proficient saxophonist of over 30 years (primarily alto/tenor) and vocalist (I can sing lead and harmonize). I am seeking to form or join an existing band. I am primarily interested in Funk/R&B/Soul and/or Smooth Jazz but am open. I am open to a larger group with another horn (maybe trumpet or trombone) or just a small combo (Drums/Bass/Keyboard or Guitar). I can also play some keys but not an advanced player. Whatever the instrumentation, I am looking to do polished original arrangements of songs that get people's attention. Also open to originals. I want to gig regularly but not every weekend.
