Press release from City School District of Albany: April 14, 2022 Three Albany High School students were recognized at the 2022 Capital Region Media Arts Festival hosted by Niskayuna High School. Congratulations to: Outstanding Film - junior Maddie Bateman's Hit and Run Experimental Video/Art - junior Kler Kaw's Self Portrait (honorable mention) Stop Action Animation - junior Amelia Klebieko's Gym Time (honorable mention) Students from 17 participating school districts submitted work for adjucation. Submissions included, photography, graphic design, computer art, film and animation. TheCapital Area Art Supervisors (CAAS) and the New York State Art Teachers Association (NYSATA) Region 6 sponsored the festival. This press release was produced by City School District of Albany.
