This is an inclusive body weight HIIT (high intensity interval training) class taught by me! There are no weights involved, just you and your own bodyweight! This is a "go at your own pace" fat burning group exercise class. All exercises are scalable from beginner to advanced! There will be modified versions of each exercise. This class is a supportive exercise environment that is full of goal crushers and positivity. Everyone will be challenging themselves in their own way and at their own pace!

Each class lasts about 45 minutes
