Position Overview: We are looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to support our fast-growing business. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you'll serve the vital role of processing and distributing our sample kits. Your role is key in allowing our team to function and maintain our processing speed and efficiency. A successful candidate will be attentive to detail, hard-working, and communicative. Responsibilities: - Preparing and shipping product for our customers - Fulfilling orders and preparing shipments in coordination with logistics partners - Ensure fulfillment stations are stocked with proper inventory of samples and supplies to support orders, and maintaining high-level of efficiency and quick turnaround time - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace - Receiving and processing return shipments, and restocking returns Requirements and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Previous fulfillment experience preferred, but not required - Proficiency in computer skills and online fulfillment tools - Highly detail oriented and organized - Can consistently maneuver stock area throughout a day without physical fatigue - Strong communication skills and ability to take direction - Positive attitude and team player Job Type: Part-time 25-30 hrs/wk Pay: $15-$20 per hour
