Part Time Handyman needed for Apartment Building located next to Old Town TemeculaYour workload will consist of approximately 80% Service Calls, 20% getting vacancies ready to re-rent. Must be clean cut, drama free, honest, hard working, trust worthy, with a good work ethic!If you meet the following criteria, please apply:Part Time Only 16 Hours per month (8 straight hours every other week, or as needed)$30.00 per hourYou will be a W-2 employeeMinimum 5 Years experienceMust be clean in your appearanceMust leave your work area cleanMust be a self-starter with little or no supervisionMust have your own reliable truck, clean driving record, proof of Insurance, and you must be bondableMust have your own toolsMust have basic knowledge of General Handyman Work, including, but not limited to: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, hanging blinds, cabinet and drawer repair, build and re-screen screens, repair/install sliding closet doors, replace rollers on sliding glass doors, and miscellaneous maintenance and repair.Must pass a thorough Background Check.Must pass a "hair sample" Drug Test, and agree to random testingMust have your own Cell Phone, Computer, Printer, and Email Address.If you meet ALL of the above, please email me your experience or resume in PDF Format.Thank you!
