April 12, 2022
This year 60 children and teens participated in the South Pasadena Public Library's Bookmark Contest. The theme for the Bookmark Contest was "Read Beyond the Beaten Path," which is also the theme for this year's Summer Reading Program. Using their imaginations, the children and teens created colorful, unique, and inspiring bookmarks.
We are pleased to announce the winners of the Bookmark Contest:
Aiden, Grade 1, "Read Beyond the Future"
Olin, Grade 2, "Reading Can Take You Anywhere"
Makayla, Grade 5, "Together Adventures"

Each winner's bookmark will be reproduced and will be distributed at the Library during the Summer Reading Program, which begins on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. The Library would like to offer congratulations to the winners and thank all those who participated and the Friends of the South Pasadena Public Library, Inc. which sponsored the contest.
