Description
Santa Monica based financial services firm seeks a full or part-time Accountant who will work on-site in the company’s office. If part-time, must be available to step in and work full-time as needed on potentially short notice. A successful candidate will have accounting/bookkeeping experience, and familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel. Knowledge of accounting functions, such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, cash receipts, bank statement reconciliation, and other accounting functions preferred. Some filing involved. Will train on responsibilities, which include printing accounts payable checks and preparing financial reports.
