Help needed for elderly

I’m desperate need of help for elderly. She is in need of White outdoor paint. A tree down and lawn mower if someone can donate or a Lowes card got hit hard with the storm and does not have the financials to tend to these issues. She is also trying to rehome a 1yr old female black lab
