City of Phoenix Seeking Shed and Debris Removal Proposals

Description

The City of Phoenix Oregon (“City”) is seeking proposals from interested parties for the removal of a shed and its contents from the City’s parcel located at the corner of Main and 2nd Streets in Phoenix. All work must be completed no later than May 25, 2022. It is estimated the recovered materials have significant salvage value and will represent adequate compensation for the removal of the structure, contents, and debris. The City will accept bids until 5 p.m. Friday, April 25, 2022. Each firm submitting a proposal shall provide it electronically via email to Richard Randleman, Senior Project Manager at . Organizations interested in submitting a proposal are instructed not to make direct contact with the City. All information inquiries shall go through Richard Randleman. The deadline for inquiries is Friday, April 20, 2022. The City and their representatives reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to negotiate with any or all responsible submitters.
