Water Temperature: 60 Lake Poway stocked 1,500 lbs. of rainbow trout on March 24th and the trout bite remained strong well into this week especially on North shore and Half-Moon Bay. Many limits were pulled out throughout the week and into the weekend. The bass bite has also been good these past couple of weeks as the bass are bedding. The next trout stock of 1,500 lbs. will be April 7th. The best baits this season have been dough baits like PowerBait and natural colored mini-jigs.
