Baltimore County Waives Pet Adoption Fees For Orange, Black Cats

BALDWIN, MD — To celebrate the season and help its homeless animals find a permanent place to rest their paws, Baltimore County Animal Services is offering a special during October. In a nod to Halloween, the shelter is waiving adoption fees for black and orange cats. "BCAS currently has so many cute, adoptable cats that it's scary!" Baltimore County Animal Services (BCAS) announced over the weekend. Adoption fees for cats that have any black or orange fur will be waived from Monday, Oct. 19, to Saturday, Oct. 31.
